Scot Wells, Owner

Scot has over 25 years of building experience, beginning at the age of 18 as a subcontractor in Wilmington, VT. From there, he traveled throughout the Northeast specializing in timber framing, eventually residing in Texas to start a family and his own company. Now back in Vermont, Wells Builders provides new construction, small and large remodeling jobs, and small commercial projects throughout Southern Vermont and the Berkshires of Massachusetts.

Shayna Wells, Co-Owner

Scot's wife Shayna has been involved in each Wells Builders job since 2008. Assisting in all aspects of the project, she enjoys the planning and design phases just as much as the manual labor. You can often find her on top of the ladder with a bundle of shingles over her shoulder!
